Josh Ritter & the Royal City Band


In the most aw-shucks, unassuming fashion, Idaho-born Josh Ritter is re-wiring the circuitry of American songwriting. Based on the strength of his critically acclaimed albums, Ritter has been splitting his time between the United States and Ireland, where he is selling out clubs and small theaters. Ritter is known for his distinctive Americana style and narrative lyrics. In 2006, he was named one of the "100 Greatest Living Songwriters" by Paste magazine. He's currently touring behind his latest album, "Sermon on the Rocks."
