Lakewood City Council Candidate Forum

On Tuesday, July 16, at Lakewood Library, the public will have a chance to hear from and ask questions of candidates for Lakewood City Council Position 6. This is the only City Council race in which there are more than two candidates for the position. This forum is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Tacoma-Pierce County; the University of Washington Tacoma, Division of Politics, Philosophy and Public Affairs; and the Tacoma/Pierce County Affordable Housing Consortium. All three organizations are non-partisan and do not support or oppose any candidates. The forum will begin at 6:30 pm and end no later than 8:30 pm.
