This is a 2 hour workshop for those living with pain and disease such as heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, lupus, fibromyalgia or other chronic inflammatory diseases. 85% of all diseases are diet related. Learn how through a whole food diet you can feel better, have more energy, improve sleep and possibly lower, if not eliminate your medications. Besides learning about a what a healthy diet consists of you will learn how to read and understand a nutrition label, why each of the food groups are important and their roles and supplements. We will also discuss the importance of exercise, a positive mental attitude and lifestyle for a whole body & mind approach.
