Chair Yoga for Seniors

Class/Workshop, Yoga/Pilates/Tai Chi, Seniors

This class combines basic yoga postures, gently stretching, breathing exercises and meditation. Please bring your own mat and remember to always bring a bottle of water. Drop-ins are always welcome. The cost is only $5.00 and is taught by Barbara Ogolsky, RYT every Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon.
