Donít miss the best party in Puget Sound, Friday at the Fort. Do you love a great party in a unique setting? We do too. This is the Fort Nisqually Foundationís 9th year presenting Friday at the Fort. This event is a great way to support the programs of Fort Nisqually Living History Museum. You have fun and give to a great cause like educational programs for schools and school tour scholarships. This lively event will be held on Friday, July 20 the from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Fort Nisqually is nestled in the beautiful Point Defiance Park and is the most unique setting on Puget Sound. Bring your friends and enjoy the best summer party around. Seattleís most popular classic rock band The Beatniks will be amping up the fun. Kick off your shoes, get a favorite refreshment and dance the night away. You can watch a gorgeous sunset with Point Defiance Park as your background and the fun inside the walls of Fort Nisqually will leave you forgetting the world outside. Bring your favorite picnic blanket or chair; quench your thirst and feed your hunger with unique, local refreshments available for purchase. Craft beer from Gig Harborís 7 Seas Brewing, Tacomaís Dystopian Brewery, delicious regional wines and tasty cider. Delicious food options from Gateway to India and Itís Greek to Me. Tickets are on sale now. Admission is $20 for advanced purchase and $25 at the gate. Friday at the Fort is for adults ages 21 and older. Tickets can be purchased online at www.FortNisquallyFoundation.org. The Fort Nisqually Foundation is proud to support Fort Nisqually Living History Museum. The fort provides a rare setting for all generations to explore the early history of our state and learn about the life experiences of those who settled here.
