In this workshop, we explore Buddhist teachings on the ultimate causes of distress and develop a plan of action that can give us the freedom we truly desire. This workshop will give practical guidance on how we can change our orientation towards the difficulties we face every day. We can find a life of meaning and escape from what can appear to be the overwhelming “rat race” of our modern lives.
