Grit involves strength of character, resolve, and a firmness of mind and spirit. Grit is a skill that can be cultivated just like strength or flexibility in a yoga pose. Inspired by our city, this 6-week series combines sequences in which each pose builds on the next, creating a unique, cardiovascular, full body workout. These ladder flow style classes build strength and stamina. Yoga beginners are welcome but an active lifestyle is recommended. *Limited Space Available*
