Body & Brain: Mindful Movement

Health & Wellness/Nutrition, Class/Workshop, Yoga/Pilates/Tai Chi

Do you want to improve your mind/body connection and energy? Join this new series of classes at the Point Defiance/Ruston Senior Center. Classes will incorporate stretching, tapping, breathing and meditation activities to release tension and increase the energy in your body. Participants should wear loose fitting clothes. If mobility allows, please bring a yoga mat. If you are unable to work out on the floor, you are welcome to stand or use a chair. This is a free program.
